Three Days online Student Professional Development Programme from 27 – 29 December, 2021

Al-Barkaat Institue of Education organized an online three-day Student Professional Development Programme from 27-29 December 2021 under the Placement Cell and research & Extension Cell. A total of six sessions were organized during these three days: two sessions on each day. Various topics have been covered during the programme: Buiding Positive Psychological Traits, Enhancement of Soft Skills for Professional Development, Nuances of oral and non verbal, Thriving on the change – Effective communication and feedback skills at the workplace, Resume writing, interview skill and group discussion. 

The programme was a successful one, around 100 participants attended the programme from the institute and outside the institute.
