Observance of International Labour Day on 1st May 2023

Al-Barkaat Institute of Education, Aligarh observed International Labour Day on 1st May 2023. It is celebrated to highlight the importance of workers and their contribution to building society. It is an opportunity to honour and recognize their contribution and also remind to acknowledge the struggle and their movement.
On this occasion a programme was organized by the M.Ed. interns for the IV grade employees of ABIE. During the programme employees have been asked to share their views about their employer, working conditions, their responsibilities and the overall well being.
At the end of the programme employees and their contribution to institution was appreciated.
