Disciplinary Committee

ABIE expects its students to uphold the highest standards of respect, integrity, and civility. With this context, the Disciplinary Committee  was created to resolve complaints of alleged violations of policies and/or community standards by a student or former student in a way that is objective and educational, not legalistic or adversarial. The Committee acts with power to hear cases and to decide the appropriate Institute response, including, but not limited to, suspension, expulsion, and revocation of degree.

The Institute reserves the right to take any action that it deems as necessary or appropriate to protect the intellectual integrity, safety, and well being of the campus community. To that end, ABIE students are expected to abide by the rules, regulations, and policies of the Institute, as well as city, and  state laws.
