Today, the students of B.Ed, Al-Barkaat Institute of Education celebrated World Heart day 2023. This year the theme of this day is “Use Heart, Know Heart”. World heart day is a reminder to everyone around the world to take care of their hearts. This year’s campaign focuses on the essential step of knowing our heart first.

The main aim of celebrating this day is to raise awareness about cardiovascular diseases, their prevention and the impact they have on people across the world. Cardiovascular diseases claim 13.9 million lives every year.

On this occasion, we watched the documentary that raised the awareness about cardiovascular diseases and their preventions and motivated us to adopt healthy eating habits.

The program ended with a promise to ourselves that we will say no to all things that can damage our heart.
