Report on 15 August 2024 (INDEPENDENCE DAY)

On 15 August 2024, Independence Day was celebrated at Al-Barkaat Educational Society in Aligarh. The students of Al-Barkaat Public School presented colorful programs, including speeches, poems, and group songs, to pay tribute to the freedom fighters who contributed to India’s independence. This day holds great significance in India and is celebrated nationwide as a major national day.

On the auspicious occasion of the program, the chief guest was Dr. M. Shafey Kidwai , Dean of the Social Science and Professor, AMU, Aligarh and Prof. Syed Muhammad Amin (President, Al-Barkaat Educational Society), Dr. Ahmed Mujtaba Siddiqui (Joint Secretary, Al-Barkaat Educational Society), Mr. Syed Muhammad Aman (Executive Committee Member, Al-Barkaat Educational Society, Aligarh), Dr. F.U. Siddiqui (Coordinator, Al-Barkaat Educational Institutions) and Dr. Rubina Shahnaz (Principal, Al-Barkaat Institute of Education) and Ms. Sabiha Khan (Principal, ABPS+2, Aligarh) and All teachers and staff were present. The program was organized under the leadership of Ms. Sabiha Khan (Principal, Al-Barkaat Public School).
