75th Republic day celebrated by Al-Barkaat Educational Society on 26 January 2024.

Republic Day Celebration

The Al Barkaat Educational Society celebrated the 75th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism. The event included various colorful and cultural programs organized by the Society. The program began with the hoisting of the flag by Mr. Syed Muhammad Ashraf, Vice President of ABES, followed by the National Anthem sung by the school choir. The students then participated in a March-past.

The program continued with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a welcome speech given by Dr. Ahmad Mujtaba Siddiqui, Joint Secretary of ABES. The students gave speeches in English and Urdu on the importance of Republic Day. The school choir sang a patriotic song, and a skit was performed by B.Ed. students on the topic “Mastii ki Pathshala where Literacy Mission is Impossible.”

The skit highlighted the significance of education for both genders. Mr. Syed Muhammad Ashraf, Vice President of ABES, blessed the students with his golden words, and lastly, Mrs. Sabiha Khan, Principal of ABPS, proposed the vote of thanks to conclude the program. The school choir sang the Al-Barkaat Tarana.
