Career Planning

Placement cell of Al Barkaat Institute of Education organized the offline Guest Lecture on “Career Planning”. It was started at 12:00 noon in the Multi-purpose conference hall. The resource person of the program was Prof. Mohd Abid Siddiqui, Department of Education, AMU Aligarh.

The lecture was started by Dr Afshan Anees (Assistant Professor & In-charge Placement Cell) by the formal welcome of Resource person Prof. Mohd Abid Siddiqui, Department of Education, AMU Aligarh. Dr Rubina Shahnaz (Principal ABIE) felicitated the guest by giving the sapling.

Prof. Mohd Abid Siddiqui delivered the lecture on “Career Planning”. In his lecture he highlighted the individual difference and the factors which are mainly responsible in adopting any career. He also describe about “How to Choose Career”. What are the key point which we keep in mind while choose any career. According to him communication skills is the key factor for getting success in any career.

All the faculty members of ABIE, students of B.Ed. 1^st year, 2^nd year and M.Ed. interns attended the lecture
