Scout and Guide Camp

Al-Barkaat Institute of Education organized Scout and Guide Camp from 17th to 21st February, 2015 under the guidance of Mr. Prem Shankar Saraswat, Scout Guide Master. The Chief Guest was Prof. Rahimullah Khan, Dean, Faculty of Sciences, and Chairman, Department of Physics, AMU. Among the dignitaries were Dr. Ahmad Mujtaba Siddiqui, Joint Secretary ABES, and Dr. F. U. Siddiqui Coordinator, ABEIs.

The five days long camp was attended by nearly 70 scouts and guides. The Camp included severel scouting and Guiding activities and skills training like tent making, preparing food with and without fire, making first aid kits etc.In the closing ceremony a cultural program was organized that was followed by prize distribution to the Scouts and Guides group for securing first, second and third position on the basis of 5 days performance.
