Observance of International Mothers Day on 8th May 2023

Al-Barkaat Institute of Education observed International Mothers Day on 8th May 2023. The celebration of this day is not only about recognizing the contributions of biological mothers but also about valuing the significant influence of maternal figures in shaping the lives and well-being of individuals and society as a whole. It emphasizes the importance of showing love, care, and support to all those who have played a motherly role in our lives.
On this occasion, M.Ed. interns of Department of Education organized a programme. All the faculty members and students of ABIE participated in the programme. The students of M.Ed. reflected on the immeasurable impact mothers and mother figures have on lives through skit, self composed poetry in Hindi and English, solo and group songs. Few students shared their life experiences to express their appreciation by acknowledging the dedication strength, and unwavering love of their mothers for them. All the faculty members also expressed their underlying sentiments to show the gratitude and love for their mothers.
