Library Committee

The Library Committee is the faculty advisory body for policy and planning for the institute’s library.

Functions:

It carries out following functions.

1. Reviews and makes recommendations on long range planning for the institute’s library resources.
2. Monitors technical developments (such as automation or computerization) for the library.
3. Consults with and advises appropriate administrative officers on library budget matters.
4. Gives advice on the allocation of libraryresources.
