Fit India Movement on National Sports Day – 29th August, 2019

Al-Barkaat Institute of Education took part in Fit India Movement launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on the occasion of National Sports Day (August 29, 2019). It was to encourage the people to inculcate physical activity and sports in their everyday lives. On this occasion 10,000 steps were walked by the Principal, teaching staff and the students and attended the live telecast from 10 am. The students of ABIE also participated in various sports events organized by the institute. In the end, they pledged to follow at least one physical activity in their daily lives to keep themselves fit and healthy and to make this movement a great success.
