Community Volunteering at Achal Taal, Aligarh
On 30th April, 2015, the ABIE team consisting of teaching staff and students participated in “Achal Sarovar Atal Dharohar” campaign started by Dainik Jagran, the local newspaper of Aligarh. The campaign aimed at cleanliness of the Achal Taal, a holy place with beautiful temples. The ABIE team collected the waste material and disposed it off, leveled the ground and swept the area. The team also walked to Achleshwar Dham shouting slogans like “Achal Hamari Shaan Hai, Shahar ki Pehchaan Hai” and in “Achal Sarovar Atal Dharohar.”
